System Management Infrastructure Manager

Job Role: System Management Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities will include: 


-  Manage  a team of  20+ IT Specialists  support  System Management   
-  Plan and distribute work assignments; select, train and supervise staff; conduct performance and salary reviews; coach and motivate team members; monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide counselling and career mentoring; perform other human resource functions for the team; 
-  Co ordinate with AP to rollout new  System Management Initiatives 
-  Manage the Day to Day Operation of System Management Infrastructure team 
-  Be an active member of AP/Global teams to design and recommend standard System Management Infrastructure  procedures. 
-  Provide  Technical  Support and Assessment   the new business opportunities 


Requirement 


-   Bachelor Degree (Computer Science or Information Systems preferred). 
-   Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the System Management and 3 years in managing IT team 
-   Good people management and interaction skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff 
-   Hands-on experience with: 


        a.   Netcool/OMNIBUS 
        b    IBM Tivoli Business Services Manager v 4.1, 
        c    IBM Tivoli Service Level Advisor 2.1 
        d    IBM Tivoli Monitoring V 6.1- Universal Agent &        Work space Creation. 
        e    IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for Response Time Tracking V 6.1. 
        f    IBM Tivoli Framework 4.1.1 
        g.   IBM Tivoli Configuration Manager 4.2.2 
        h.   IBM Enterprise Console 3.9 
        i.   Maximo
