Job Role : .Net technical manager
• Strong hands-on experience with .Net applications, Project Management, Client Management, Prototyping techniques, Design patterns. 
• Experience with developing Rich-client Applications in Windows platform using Winforms or other similar technologies - MUST
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server 2005 database 
• Retail Domain experience - PLUS 
• Must Have Ability to analyze the data flow from the functionality and business aspect and troubleshoot the issues 
• Must Have Knowledge of software design and development process 
• Must Have Ability to learn new technologies and implement the business functionality 
• Must Have Good oral and written communication skills 
• Must Have Good Attitude 
• Must Have Good team player
